Fun for everybunny - 4/7 Easter egg river float at Powell Wellness Center!Egg-citing news, chick this out: our Easter egg hunt in the pool is back! On April 7, 4-6 pm, float the lazy river on our pool noodles or inner tubes and collect eggs -- LOADS of them, no eggs-aggeration! A head, shoulders, knees & toes kind of day for our homeschool program! Discussions with Miss Suzanne focused on the skeletal system, bones/joints and the importance that nutrition and exercise play in keeping them healthy. The kids learned about the role of the 206 bones in the body and what happens when bones break and how they heal. There was big fitness work, including using the Bosu balls with coach Marcus's guidance!
