Group Exercise Classes
Variety is the spice of life, right? That’s why we offer a range of group exercise classes for you to choose from! Mix it up with heart pumping kettlebell action or cycling or B-Board strength and balance. Mind-body classes include yoga and meditation. Our group exercise classes effectively support your overall fitness and are always FUN!

These group exercise classes are included in your membership:
AMPD Burn: High intensity class using intervals of cardio and strength, followed by cool down and stretching using a foam roller.
AMPD Strength: Fun, heart pumping workout with upbeat music integrates kettlebells, weights and resistance bands to engage the entire body and burn calories. Combines benefits of strength training, functional movements and cardiovascular exercise.
B-Board®: A high intensity workout on the innovative B-Board incorporates cardio, strength, core engagement, yoga positions, and stretching – all while improving your balance. No experience is needed; before the class the trainer will introduce the program and the board (which is similar to an inflated paddleboard). Come B part of the fun; you’ll enjoy a great workout!
Bar & Balance: This 60 minute class will teach you to use a barbell and plate otherwise knowns as free weights; especially effective tools for engaging your whole body, improving balance and coordination, while increasing functional strength. Functional training combined with stability, mobility and recovery work. Equipment used: barbell, weight plates, clips, bench, risers and mat. Dumbbells can be substituted for many exercises. All fitness levels welcome.
Build & Burn: This high energy interval class combines cardio and strength work for a great hour of calorie burning and fitness training. Expect to use different types of equipment – kettlebells, dumbbells, bars and plate – to maximize your training results. Work at your own level.
CardioCore: A 45-minute high-energy class combining a variety of activities for cardiovascular training coupled with exercises designed to build and increase core strength.
CommUNITY Yoga: A free class open to members and the public that welcomes all levels of experience. Held once monthly.
Core+: A 30 minute core workout designed to focus on your foundation – your core! Core+ will create stability, then layer in mobility, strength and power. This class incorporates strength and cardio elements for a well rounded workout.
Cycle: Saddle up for a great workout to increase muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance without heavy impact on the joints. A motivating soundtrack helps you tackle hills, flats, sprints and mountains.
Gentle Yoga: Slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance and flexibility.
LIIT Cardio: This low intensity interval training cardio class is designed to increase your heart rate and burn calories.
P90X®: A full body workout combing a variety of techniques including strength training, cardio, yoga, plyometrics, and stretching.
POUND®: Using weighted drumsticks & moving to the beat, you’ll find your inner rockstar! POUND is an effective & fun way of working out, with cardio & strength benefits, designed for all fitness levels.
Rise Up: Musically driven and high intensity fitness class using a step to ramp up calorie burn while working the entire body. Designed for all fitness levels.
Roll & Recover: Recover stronger by focusing on self massage, controlled breathing techniques,
mobility & flexibility. Experience functional stretching to improve flexibility and reduce injury, while
experiencing balance, stress relief and relaxation.
Slow Flow Yoga: In this yoga class, expect the unexpected in a fun exploration of movement focused on safety and personal discovery.
Spin & Strength: Cardio, strength and mobility training in intervals of spin and strength training. Participants use bodyweight dumbbells, kettlebells and other equipment in this fun full-body workout.
Step, Core & More: Step is a great all-around exercise that can be modified to create an intense workout for all levels, whether you have just begun to exercise or have been training for years. Abdominal work in this class takes Step to the next level!
Strong Nation® Core: Stop counting the reps and start training to the beat! STRONG Nation Core moves are synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. In class be prepared to work your glutes, back and abs to fun, upbeat music that will distract you from the burn!
Tabata: A 30 minute interval-based full body workout. Weights are optional.
Vinyasa Yoga: Develop strength, flexibility, and balance while reducing stress through this flowing moderately cardiovascular style of yoga aligned with breath. Poses range from relaxing stretches to challenging postures and are held for 1-5 breaths. All levels of fitness.
Zumba®: This class fuses upbeat rhythms and music with easy-to-follow dance-style moves to create a fun, engaging and dynamic workout.

Taekwondo: Taekwondo is a Korean martial art characterized by its emphasis on a fast kicking technique which helps enhance self-esteem by heightening your physical and mental powers. Taekwondo for children and adults is held twice weekly.
The Taekwondo program is included in membership for PRFC Fitness or All Access memberships. Non-members may drop in to a class ($20 fee). There is a fee for USA Taekwondo registration. Read more about Taekwondo
