Group Exercise Classes
Variety is the spice of life, right? That’s why we offer a range of group exercise classes for you to choose from! Mix it up with heart pumping bootcamp action, or Country Heat, or B-Board strength and balance, or yoga. Our group exercise classes effectively support your overall fitness and are always FUN!

These group exercise classes are included in your membership:
B-Board®: A high intensity workout on the innovative B-Board incorporates cardio, strength, core engagement, yoga positions, and stretching – all while improving your balance. No experience is needed; before the class the trainer will introduce the program and the board (which is similar to an inflated paddleboard). Come B part of the fun; you’ll enjoy a great workout!
Beginner Yoga: Build strength, increase flexibility, find focus and invigorate your body through breath & fundamental poses.
Bootcamp: This one-hour session focuses on total body strength followed by dynamic core and cardio movements for maximum calorie output.
Build & Burn: This high energy interval class combines cardio and strength work for a great hour of calorie burning and fitness training. Expect to use different types of equipment – kettlebells, dumbbells, bars and plate – to maximize your training results. Work at your own level.
Core & More: This class will strengthen, stretch and improve joint flexibility in the core and back. All fitness levels and fitness goals welcome.
Country Heat: Fun low-impact cardio combining functional fitness with a little dance. With easy-to-follow instructions and great music, you’ll have so much fun you will forget that you are burning calories and scorching fat!
Full Body Sculpt: A 60-minute intense full body strength and sculpt workout with weights (optional) to tone and strengthen your body from head to toe and leave you feeling energized!
Gentle Yoga: Slower paced movements focusing on alignment, strength, balance and flexibility.
LIIT Cardio: This low intensity interval training cardio class is designed to increase your heart rate and burn calories.
P90X®: A full body workout combing a variety of techniques including strength training, cardio, yoga, plyometrics, and stretching.
POUND®: Using weighted drumsticks & moving to the beat, you’ll find your inner rockstar! POUND is an effective & fun way of working out, with cardio & strength benefits, designed for all fitness levels.
Power Yoga: A Vinyasa-style class with steady movements and long holds. This workout is designed to increase your heart rate, strengthen your muscles as well as improve flexibility and balance.
Roll & Recover: This class will use a foam roller to help with muscle tightness, soreness and more to help with muscle recovery before or after a workout.
Tabata: A 30 minute interval-based full body workout. Weights are optional.
Vinyasa Yoga: Develop strength, flexibility, and balance while reducing stress through this flowing moderately cardiovascular style of yoga aligned with breath. Poses range from relaxing stretches to challenging postures and are held for 1-5 breaths. All levels of fitness.

Taekwondo: Taekwondo is a Korean martial art characterized by its emphasis on a fast kicking technique which helps enhance self-esteem by heightening your physical and mental powers. Taekwondo for children and adults is held twice weekly.
The Taekwondo program is included in membership for PRFC Fitness or All Access memberships. Non-members may drop in to a class ($20 fee). There is a fee for USA Taekwondo registration. Read more about Taekwondo
