Click below for P90X class with Christine. P90X is a 55-minute full body workout combining strength training, cardio, yoga, plyometrics and stretching. Dumbbells, a mat and core stability ball are suggested but are not necessary/can be adapted.

Click below for Step, Core & More class with Lou Ellen. This class combines traditional step aerobics with abdominal work for a great workout.

Click below for Tabata class with Christine. This 30-minute interval-based class offers a full body workout. Dumbbells and a mat are suggested.
