Small group personal training is your answer.
These workouts give you the benefit of a personal trainer’s expertise in a small class of typically no more than 8 participants, plus the convenience of morning and evening sessions.
With participation in small group personal training, you’ll see improvements in endurance, strength, cardio fitness and flexibility!

Transform U: An innovative approach to bootcamp that incorporates personal coaching to support transformation in every aspect of your life – whether you’re at home or on the go. Small group exercise sessions with personal trainer Marcus Haywood will help you build strength and increase your overall fitness through a variety of intense intervals. In each session, you’ll learn learn how to make good lifestyle choices to support the BEST U!

As a PATH Recreation & Fitness member, you can add unlimited small group personal training classes for only $50 a month! This is pro-rated per your registration date.
The cost per single session is $10.
For non-members, the fee for unlimited 30-minute or one hour small group personal training classes is $75 per month.
