We appreciate your interest in renting our facility. Our activity rooms & courts can accommodate social occasions, team practices, special programs and much more. Please review the information below.
RENTAL FORMS
The rental forms below are to request use of the activity room(s), court(s), batting cages & full gymnasium, as well as after-hours usage of the courts on Mondays & Wednesdays, 8 – 10 pm. The conference room and group exercise studio may also be available.

Full and half court rentals available for basketball, volleyball, pickleball and futsal. Other activities may be approved by facility manager; please inquire. Full court maximum 20 people; half court maximum 10 people. Maximum numbers may be adjusted based on the type of rental activity at the discretion of management.
Full court: $75/hour
Half court $40/hour
10% discount on rentals for All Access members and nonprofit organizations in Culpeper, Madison and Orange counties.
$150/hour for full gymnasium. Enjoy the space for sports, social events, performances and more!

Activity or fitness room: $50/hour, $80/2 hours (fitness room may be rented with equipment ($60/hour, $100/2 hours)
Conference room: $30/1 hour, $50/2 hours (Maximum 16-20 people based on set up)

Non peak hours: $90/1 hour, $125/2 hours
Peak hours: Monday-Friday, 4:00-7:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 am – noon: $100/1 hour, $150/2 hours
