New outdoor recreation area coming!
We’re looking forward to taking the next steps on our latest project: an outdoor recreation area where all ages can play, gather, connect & thrive.
The outdoor recreation area will include:
- 6 pickleball courts with lights
- Playground for ages 2-12
- Pavilion with restrooms & picnic tables
- Open lawn for yard games
All available to our members, guests & community partners!
Why this project matters
✔️ Pickleball is hugely popular with all ages. Strangers become friends on the courts!
✔️ Children and families need more places to play and have fun together.
✔️ Outdoor recreation lowers stress, builds connections and strengthens communities.

We are coordinating with the Town of Culpeper and Virginia Department of Environmental Quality as part of the project review process and hope to receive final approvals soon. And when we do, the project is ready to begin. Our team and partners are set to begin construction.
