Youth athletic performance clinics
Our youth athletic performance series launches in September for middle school & high school athletes!

With over 13 years of experience in health, fitness, and sports, Edson has worked as a strength & conditioning coach for athletes at all levels, a personal trainer, and a youth sports coach. His journey began as a Division 1 athlete and continued as a firefighter, shaping his ability to perform at a high level; even under the most demanding circumstances. Edson led PRFC’s 3-day Youth Sports Performance Camp for youth athletes during summer 2025.
Edson says, “I see myself as an educator in health and human kinetics, focusing on teaching proper mechanics, efficient movement patterns and nutrition to empower athletes. My passion lies in helping others reach their full potential through safe, effective training plans that create lasting change.”
