Francesca loves to help people feel good about themselves and assist them with goals such as weight loss and gaining strength. Her aim is to create a safe space for all clients to be themselves and feel comfortable in their bodies. “I want everyone to feel good about the skin that they are in,” she says.
Francesca has a certification in personal training from Germanna Community College, with coursework in aerobic fitness, weight training, and lifetime fitness and wellness. She also holds an associate’s degree in health and physical education from Germanna.
When not working, Francesca enjoys time with her two children, ages 3 and 7. Their adventures include nature walks, parks and anything that has to do with exploring! She loves to read – especially mysteries—and currently reads 1-2 books each week. Another favorite pastime in her off hours – discovering new coffee shops and bakeries.
