To compete at a higher level, speed and agility are critical to rounding out the drills that establish and improve game-related skills. This youth training clinic with certified personal trainer and functional strength coach Marcus Haywood will focus on improving speed and agility to take youth athletes’ game to the next level in their sport of choice!

Early bird pricing for registration through December 5: $100 for members and $150 for non-members.

Marcus Haywood was voted Best Personal Trainer in the 2022 Culpeper Best of the Best community survey. He is a certified functional strength coach and certified personal trainer with more than 10 years of expertise in supporting clients of all ages with their athlete performance training, strength and conditioning, and weight loss goals. He holds a degree in kinesiology and sports management from James Madison University, where he also played Division 1 football. Prior to joining the team at Culpeper Wellness Foundation in 2014 as a personal trainer, he worked with members at Charlottesville’s ACAC Fitness and Wellness Center to support the center’s occupational therapy and personal training programs.
