Here’s an opportunity to learn to play pickleball, one of the hottest sports around! Register to participate on Tuesdays, 6:00-7:00 pm, for a free hour of instructed court time to build your skills and understanding of the game.
PRFC personal trainer and functional strength coach Marcus Haywood suggests warm-up moves to help pickleball players prepare for game play.
