This winter, beginning in January, Culpeper County High School varsity volleyball coach Olivia Masaitis will offer a developmental program for middle school girls and a travel team experience for high school players.
Middle school program: Participants will learn fundamental skills to prepare for high school play. This program is a wonderful opportunity for girls new to volleyball or current players who want to strengthen their skills. Fee: $350
HIgh school program: This program will provide high school-aged girls with the opportunity to build their fundamental skills and knowledge, enhance their volleyball IQ and take their game to the next level. This program is designed to prepare participants for college volleyball. It is ideal for anyone who cannot make the financial or time commitment to traditional travel leagues but would like the same quality instruction. Fee: $750

Try outs: November 2 & 3, 12:00 – 3:00 pm. Both days are not required but are encouraged. Tryout fee: $30/player. Pre-registration required; please call our front desk at 540-825-000 to register. Try outs are competitive and do not guarantee a spot on the team.

Coach Masaitis’s experience:
With 10 years of coaching experience, Coach Masaitis has worked with volleyball players 6 to 18 years old, from beginner to advanced levels. She is also a certified volleyball official. Coach Masaitis has a master’s degree in Sport Management & Biomechanics. She works as the health & physical education teacher at Floyd T. Binns Middle School in Culpeper and is the girls’ varsity volleyball coach at Culpeper County High School. She has also directed volleyball summer camps at PRFC for two seasons.
